Following the publication of our statement on field conditions and venue decisions, the IQA Board of Trustees is launching a complementary community feedback process. While the existing feedback form managed by the Events Department remains open, we believe that deeper reflection and collective learning also require space for dialogue.
This participatory process will take place in three stages:
- Review of the feedback form summary: Trustees will request an anonymized summary of responses to understand trends and guide the next steps.
- Listening sessions: Trustees will host optional online sessions, first with NGB representatives, and later open to all individuals (players, volunteers, officials, etc.) who participated in the event. These sessions aim to provide a structured, respectful space for honest reflection, feedback, and shared learning.
- Public summary and internal recommendations: All feedback collected will be synthesized into a public report, an NGB-specific summary, and internal recommendations to guide future decision-making.
This process is designed to support transparency and accountability without placing additional burdens on the volunteers and staff who helped deliver the event. We invite our entire community to participate and help shape the future of international quadball.
More information, including registration for listening sessions, will be shared soon.
