The International Quadball Association (IQA) is seeking new Trustees to serve on its Board. Interested candidates should carefully review the details below and submit their application by February 28, 2025.
Trustee elections will take place during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in March 2025.
About the Role
The Board of Trustees is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the IQA, while daily operations are managed by the Directors. The Board holds ultimate authority over the organization’s policies, business, and overall development, ensuring that all decisions align with the IQA’s mission and values.
Trustees play a key role in shaping the future of quadball worldwide, with responsibilities that include:
- Setting the strategic vision and goals for the IQA.
- Approving budgets and financial strategies.
- Overseeing governance and compliance.
- Supporting and evaluating the work of the Directors.
- Representing the interests of National Governing Bodies (NGBs) and the quadball community.

Election Process
During the Trustee election at the AGM:
- Candidates are encouraged to attend the AGM to answer questions from NGB representatives.
- NGBs are strongly encouraged to submit questions in advance to [email].
- To officially enter the election, an applicant must be nominated by a Full Member NGB during the AGM.
- NGBs will vote to elect the new Trustees, in accordance with the IQA Constitution.
Trustee Election Committee
The Trustee Election Committee will oversee the election process. The committee is composed of 6 members at the time, they will review applications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to NGBs ahead of the AGM.
