Deputy Communications Director
This role will assist in general communications, social media posting and management, and project management. They will report to the Communications Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Overview of communications projects
- Manage social media postings and drive engagement
- Manage branding and image of the organization
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English. A background in communications or social media management is preferred, but not required.
Analytics Team Member
The Analytics Team Member will maintain data and metrics gathered from social media to help improve social engagement, and report to the Social Media Manager.
You must be be proficient in both verbal and written English. Experience in an analytics role is preferred by not required.
Communications Strategist
The Communications Strategist will report to the Social Media Manager.
Primary responsibilities:
- Supporting, planning and delivering the Communications Strategy for the IQA (mission, vision, target audience, and tone of voice)
- Surveying target groups to see the image of IQA
- Optimizing communications strategies to be in line with IQA goals
- Developing resources
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
You should be creative and proactive to apply for this role. Experience is a similar role is preferred but not required.
Content Copy Creator
This role will report to the Communications Director and assist in general communications, social media posting and management, and project management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Copywriting for both website, potential newsletters, press releases and social media
- As a team-bridging position, you’ll be part of social media, website and translation teams
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
To apply for this role you should love writing and catchy phrases. No experience required.
Graphics Content Creator
The Graphics Content Creator will report to the Communications Director and assist in general communications, social media posting and management, and project management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Making graphics for website, newsletters, press releases, social media, and more
- As a team-bridging position, you’ll be a part of the social media, website and translation teams
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
To apply you should enjoy graphic design have some knowledge of any design software (basic knowledge is fine).
A background in communications or social media management is a plus, but not required.
Social Media Strategist
The Social Media Strategist will help analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and determine what processes are most effective. They will report to the Social Media Manager.
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
You should be creative and proactive. Experience in a similar role is preferred by not required.
Social Media Team Member
This role will help create social media content for IQA channels, and will report to the Social Media Manager
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
To apply for this role you should be creative and proactive. Some experience is preferred by not required.
Web Team Member (Code)
The Web Team Member (Code) will report to the Website Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Working with website manager to code, create, update and maintain the IQA website
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
Coding experience is necessary for this role.
Web Team Member (Design)
The Web Team Member (Design) will report to the Website Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Use our CMS (WordPress) to update the IQA website regularly
- Focus on web content design
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
Video Content Creator
The Video Content Creator will assist in making video content for social media including Tik Tok and Instagram, and will report to the Social Media Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Taking IQA content and turning it into engaging social media video content via Tik Tok, Instagram, etc…
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
You should be creative and love to make fun videos, with an understanding of recent video trends.
A background in communications or social media management is preferred, but not required.
Video Content Creator (YouTube)
The Video Content Creator (YouTube) will and assist in making YouTube videos and report to the Social Media Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking IQA content and turning it into YouTube videos
Applicants must be proficient in both verbal and written English.
You should have video editing knowledge and familiarity with quadball. A background in communications or social media management preferred, but not required.
