Community listening session following IQA World Cup 2025

Feb 5, 2026 | Announcement, trustees, World Cup

The IQA Board of Trustees is opening the next step in our accountability and learning process for IQA World Cup 2025: community listening session.

While the feedback form managed by the Events Department remains an important tool for collecting written input, we recognize that some reflections require dialogue. These listening sessions are designed to provide a structured, respectful space for participants to share experiences, perspectives, and lessons learned directly with Trustees.

The sessions will focus on reflection and collective learning. They are intended to better understand their impact and to help inform stronger processes, standards, and communication for future international events.

Participation is optional and open to individuals who took part in the IQA World Cup 2025, including players, volunteers, officials, and national representatives. To help us organize sessions effectively, interested participants are asked to complete a short participation form here.

Feedback gathered through these sessions will be synthesized with written internal recommendations that will guide future decision-making that will be shared with our NGBs.

We are grateful to everyone who continues to engage thoughtfully in this process. Transparency, accountability, and trust are built together, and these listening sessions are an important step in that work.
